Straw Bale Dewatering of Rainwater

De-watering is a very difficult process logistically when setting up a site, with many differing techniques being used.

This can involve using fossil fuels by means of dewatering plant in an effort to protect the environment from the transportation of soils/ contaminants from one part of the site to the other, or maybe watercourses.

Due to the location of our site within an outer suburb area, in the locality of farms, our site team elected to use straw bales to act as natural site perimeter barrier, acting as a natural filtration method of protecting the surrounding environments from the possibilities of cross contamination due to rainfall.
