Supporting a Local Tenant Association to Develop a Newsletter

Higgins are currently building new flats on an existing estate in London Islington. As there are over 500 residents, there is a very active Tenant association who all live and have lived on the estate for years. They all work together to help residents in need and also make sure any problems on the estate are dealt with.

The Higgins site team attend regular meetings with the Tenants to keep them updated with the works, show them the progress and also answer questions and concerns they may have. Higgins send out a monthly newsletter updating all residents on the estate with what works are taking place, and the Tenant association also wanted to put a newsletter together but was finding it hard setting up the layout and getting the newsletter together.

Higgins on site liaison and administrator sat with the residents and helped create their first newsletter.

Once completed and happy with the finished newsletter Higgins also printed 500 copies of the letter so they could letter drop on the estate. They were happy with the support Higgins gave them in completing their first newsletter.
