Supporting the Community through a Just Giving Page
This contractor is committed to supporting the communities within the boroughs they are working from working with the homeless to supporting residents with training and job opportunities.
Towards the end of 2020, they set up a Just Giving page to support 200 young people some of whom are homeless, aged between 16-24. This support was also contributed to by their subcontractors and allowed them to be able to award Greenwich youth with the sum of £10,550 to help with food supplies and training ensuring they have the opportunities to get into the working world.
At this time there is a great concern on food supplies over the holiday period, so through their sites and support from their workforce they pulled together 92 food boxes each one containing breakfast for over a period of two weeks with healthy ingredients and easy menus to prepare.
