Toolbox Talk for Operatives that Work with the Community
An audio PowerPoint presentation was developed as a toolbox talk for staff and subcontractors that interface with the community.
The project team took the opportunity to present the toolbox talk during National Customer Service Week.
It was felt that as Civils work is so impactful on the local community, the workforce would benefit from gaining a better understanding of who stakeholders are and why they’re an important consideration to a project from conception to completion.
