Traffic Marshal Training

To facilitate the different learning styles of the workforce and utilise the benefits of multi-sensory learning, the company’s traffic marshal training incorporates a variety of activities, role play, and opportunities to practice decision making processes, rather than the bulk of the information being delivered in a more traditional lecture style format.

For example, when discussing vehicle manoeuvring and positioning of traffic marshals, Lego models and a mock-up street scene are used to highlight issues and to demonstrate and practice a variety of scenarios.

Real projects can be modelled allowing the trainees to become more involved in the identification of issues that they likely to actually face and then learn how to overcome them.
