Trained IPAF Identification on Powered Access Equipment

In order to ensure that only trained and competent operatives operate powered access equipment, this contractor has introduced a green arm band system for operators.

If an operative requires the use of a MEWP, they will need to request a green armband from a site manager.

The manager will check the operatives IPAF card for competence prior to issuing it.

The armband allows competence to be checked visually from afar during site inspections.
