It is in the interests of everyone on site that first aiders and translators are clearly identified. In an emergency, all site personnel should know who is trained to provide first aid. Similarly, translators are essential to ensure clear communication between operatives to minimise the risk of accident caused by a misunderstanding.
We have therefore included pictures of our first aiders and translators on our information board.
The translators’ information sheets also include the flags of the countries of the languages they speak for clear identification.
