TRUST Centre Immersive Safety Leadership Training

This is a leadership training day to reinforce the focus on safety and equip the workforce with a set of communication tools to provide confidence to challenge unsafe behaviour and accept challenge graciously.

TRU partnered with ATT to deliver the  ground-breaking initiative designed to redefine safety leadership within the rail sector.

There are 3 interconnected parts:

  1. A multimedia immersive theatre experience in which participants witness the events and circumstances which lead to a fatality on the railway and the consequences.
  2. Participants unpick what went wrong.
  3. Attendees practice skills in workshops.

The programme is designed according to sound neuroscientific, psychological and learning theory principles. The TRUST Centre stands as a testament to TRU’s unwavering commitment to safety excellence and innovation.

TRUST delivers a groundbreaking, immersive approach to safety training, redefining industry norms by blending interactive theatre with advanced technology—marking the rail sector’s first major shift in safety leadership methodology.

By pioneering a revolutionary approach to safety leadership training, TRUST has set a new standard for the rail industry. Its profound impact on safety culture, coupled with its potential for industry-wide replication, solidifies its position as a true game-changer in railway safety.
