Type Dynamics Indicator (TDI) testing is a powerful tool for team building, promoting self-awareness and understanding of team dynamics.
Widely used in leadership development, change management, and career guidance, TDI explores personality types, communication styles, and decision-making preferences to help teams identify strengths and areas for growth.
On this project, TDI was uniquely applied to the entire site team, enabling individuals at all levels to understand and collaborate effectively, building trust and reducing conflict.
This initiative aligned roles with skills, driving cohesion and productivity. The team has gone on to be recognised in the industry and across the organisation.
