Upcycling Surplus Pallets to Create Site Display

The Balfour Beatty project team on the Badenoch & Strathspey Community hospital have recently installed a new external display on site.

Local handyman and Strathspey Steam Railway volunteer Malcolm Rodgers and site cleaner Shona Rennie joined forces to recycle pallets to create a new planter display in the shape of a train and carriage which has been made from surplus pallets from site.

The display enhances the entrance to the site and also promotes the local Strathspey Steam Railway which runs adjacent to the project site.
