On this site, there are approximately 24 staff and one secretary to assist with any queries or requests for them all. As a result, the secretary has lots of tasks to complete written down on post-its or paper notes, so to cut down on paper use, the site invested in an Amazon Echo (aka Alexa). This has also improved productivity and prioritisation of workloads.

The site has also combined the use of Alexa with smart technology, meaning that things like PCs and printers can be turned off automatically, saving time and meaning the site is more energy efficient.
