Use of White Noise Generators to Reduce the Impact of Noise from Construction Works.

Following a complaint from a resident in relation to noise from extended works in the evening, a white noise machine was offered as one of the options to help reduce the impact.

The offer was accepted by the resident who responded via email writing:

“We just wanted to email to say a huge thank you for the white noise machine you gifted us. We’ve been using it every night since we received it, and I regularly put it on throughout the day when I have to prepare for university and honestly – it’s made a huge difference!”

The white noise devices are to be offered to other residents who are similarly affected.
