Using DataVision to Virtualise Data and GoPro Usage

The DataVision system is used for our logistics company on site to plan, record and review all delivery activities on site at each of our delivery gates. This allows the operatives to accurately, without the need for paper, control delivery schedules and record any incidents that may occur during the delivery.

This system can be used across various screens and devices. For our delivery management system we have equipped the operatives with Samsung tablets and loaded the DataVision software onto the tablets creating a portable device that is synced each day to save all data for analysis.

The GoPro is provided and worn on the chest to work in conjunction with the DataVision system to record the activities and incidents throughout the day. This can be used as evidence should there be a need for it and, we believe, lead to a safer workplace for the operatives who can often take abuse from delivery drivers.
