Using Digital Reports to Plan Daily Works

The Mace team at the Greenwich Peninsula Upper Riverside development have introduced DataTouch Report during their DABs meeting to inform all operatives of daily works taking place on site and their implications on each subcontractor.

Using DataScope, we have designed a new product that generates a report of all the hotspots, number of operatives, duration of works and progress in an easily digestible format for the workforce.

The report includes plan drawings of all floors which are colour coded to show where all subcontractors will be based. Each subcontractor is given a colour coded hard hat symbol to make identification of their work areas simpler. This information is automatically emailed to all subcontractors attending the meeting which is then shared with their own teams.
