Using Mannequins to Ensure Operatives Know the Correct PPE for Each Task

The complexity of the various project activities creates the need to ensure an operative has a clear understanding of the correct PPE that should be worn for the task in hand.

This has been enabled by the use of 5 fully manoeuvrable Mannequins. Operatives are challenged in a fun based hands-on induction to dress each of the mannequins to match the various construction tasks.

This idea not only confirms that the operative has a clear understanding of his requirements but also confirms to the management that the operative has clear knowledge and understanding of the work and risk areas of the task they is to undertake.
