Using the Considerate Constructors Scheme’s film as part of Site Operatives’ Training

Site registration to the scheme and what this means to the workers, environment and the public, should be covered at induction and using toolbox talks.

The film for site operatives, informs the workforce about the Scheme and what to expect when working on a registered site.

It also explains what the site expects from its operatives and highlights a number of actions that can easily be done on site, which will help improve the image of construction.

Below is an example of how sites have incorporated the short film, into operative training:

  • As part of really committing to the CCS Code of Considerate Practice, sites used the CCS operatives film as a toolbox talk.
