Visitors’ Suggestions

The project has adapted its visitors’ signing in records to request health, safety and environmental suggestions or ideas.

This shows that the site appreciates its visitors’ opinions, showing consideration, courtesy and respect from all those visiting the project, which quite often are a ‘new pair of eyes’.

This helps to engage the workforce and helps embed a culture of continuous positive safety performance.

It shows that no matter who you are and why you are there – everyone’s opinions count towards making the site better.

In addition, this change encourages visitors to have a conversation they may not have had otherwise, and this can lead to further areas of improvement, for the site or the visitors’ usual place of work.
