Weekly HSE KPI Statistics

The project has produced a KPI tracker of health and safety data.

The data is compared to the weekly worker hours on the project to produce a figure set at the start of the project.

This KPI figure will show in an easy format that the project is being managed safely and will highlight any areas that may need to be improved.

It also collates all safety data so records of safety observations, SHEQ visits and inductions are easy to see.

This document is made available to the operatives, client and safety team.
