The 13-17th November marked Mace’s first ever global Wellbeing Week. This entailed lots of activities, communications and opportunities to help Mace focus on the five ways to wellbeing:
The business engaged with wellbeing, putting it at the forefront of the business. An external consultant was also tasked with orchestrating and collating a global wellbeing survey, which was sent to every member of the business.
Following the survey, every person who filled this out received a report on how to improve their wellbeing, based on their answers.
This survey was anonymous to generate the best results. A response rate of 68% was observed across the business.
This data was used to inform changes in the way the business operates.
