As part of this contractors commitment to utilise zero carbon technologies, A wind turbine has been positioned on the project.

The wind turbine is used to charge a battery which then distributes energy powering some of the sites temporary electrics.

The plan moving forward on the project is to increase the number of wind turbines onsite to maximise this low carbon opportunity.
