Worker Engagement Feedback Forms

Due to coronavirus we have reduced our worker safety meetings. We have now developed worker engagement feedback forms, to ensure their safety and wellbeing and to action any issues confidentially on their behalf.

Our site managers reach out to individuals and ask if they have everything they need for their tasks, if they feel supported by their line manager, that they know who the mental first aiders are on site and other items that may concern them.

This is to ensure that everyone understands that support is available to them and what we can do to improve.

This example of best practice is just one way that projects can work to tackle the virus and reduce the spread. For full guidance and the latest Government advice read the Construction Leadership Council’s Site Operating Procedures.
