Worker’s Gallery Featuring Individual Safety Reminders

McAleer & Rushe’s site team at Skelhorne Street in Liverpool have been working with the operatives on site to really think about what Health & Safety means to them individually and on a personal level. Lots of the testaments have been centred on their families and others on their weekend hobbies and holidays.

Safety on site, for us at McAleer & Rushe, is not just about wearing PPE and following RAMS, it’s about letting us lead healthy and fulfilling lives outside of work too.

To celebrate this and demonstrate how much we value our workforce, we have created a Worker’s Gallery which promotes our very personal reasons for being safe on site. We have achieved this by using an app which can transform pictures into different artwork styles and adding in a speech bubble with a personal safety message from each worker.
