Workforce Engagement Programme
This contractor has developed a number of internal workforce engagement programmes that have been tailored to match their company health and safety procedures, company values and external input such as the Considerate Constructors Scheme.
This initiative has been developed by the company HSE Manager and Managing Director to help engage with the workforce on all aspects of the business, health and safety, company values, client input and expectations, environmental aspects and impacts, equality and diversity and other HR related topics that they continuously look at communicating and improving as an employer.
The contractor will continue to develop these programmes going forward to meet with new and existing operations and procedures in place, more recently coronavirus was included within this exercise following the implementation of new coronavirus procedures, training and instruction.
