Recently The Healthy Employee was proud to be a part of the Boots on the Ground event at Hinckley Connections.
The purpose of the event was to provide a visual/practical demonstration to educate employees on making easily implementable changes to their nutritional and hydration plans in support of wellbeing focused approach to our employees.
The Healthy Employee provided a food tasting table and hydration station which offered an opportunity for the workforce to sample easily available healthy snack options and explore interesting ways of hydrating to improve health and wellbeing.
