World Wildlife Day

World Wildlife Day focuses on the impact that we are having on the environment.

This day aims to celebrate the many varied forms of wild fauna, flora and living creatures, and raise awareness of the need to protect and preserve them.

To support World Wildlife Day on your site, you could do the following:

  • Be aware and considerate of natural wildlife living on or around your site;
  • Hire a qualified practitioner to relocate any wildlife that might be affected by the works;
  • Ensure spill control equipment is in place;
  • Re-plant new trees and vegetation at the end of a project.

World Wildlife Day is held on 3rd March every year, and to find out more about this event, click on the link below.
