Preventing Illegal Working

The aim of this e-learning course is to increase your knowledge and understanding about the issue of illegal working in the construction industry.

There will be a short quiz once you have completed all of the ‘Preventing Illegal Working’ learning, to test your knowledge.

Due to the legal implications of this issue, the pass threshold for this course is 100%. You will be able to re-take the quiz if you do not pass first time.

A certificate will be issued if the test is successfully completed – the name on the certificate will be taken from the details of your Best Practice Hub user registration. Please ensure that all details are correct by visiting your dashboard.

It is recommended that you take a look at the Scheme’s ‘Spotlight on… illegal workers’ campaign to gain prior knowledge of the subject before you take this course. Read ‘Spotlight on… illegal workers’ here.
