Witnessing Offensive Behaviour

Topic Progress:

If you witness anyone representing the Scheme behaving inappropriately or using unacceptable language, you should make the Scheme aware of this issue so it can be addressed and resolved.

If you think you have a good relationship with that individual, you could consider speaking to them in a polite manner to make them aware that this behaviour might be considered inappropriate by others.

If a site contacts you regarding another Monitor’s behaviour, you should forward this complaint onto the Assessor Coordinator so it can be handled appropriately.

Likewise, if you witness offensive behaviour as part of your monitoring duties, you should raise this with the Site Manager and/or let the Scheme office know.
