Accessible Facilities

As part of its Community Engagement Plan, as a legacy project, Willmott Dixon is in the process of converting the former library building on the site into a 6th Form Centre, which will be called The Grove.

The converted building incorporates a ‘Changing Places’ facility, which in due course will be added to a national register of accessible, safe and comfortable toilet or changing facilities for people with learning difficulties and complex physical needs.

According to the Changing Places map, apart from Musgrove Park Hospital, this will be the only facility of its kind in the Taunton area.
