Respect the Community

The aim of this e-learning course is to increase your knowledge and understanding of the Community section of the Code of Considerate Practice.

This course focuses on the Monitors’ Checklist and explains why the registered activity should respect the local community and how this will help them to prepare for Monitor visits, improve relationships with residents, members of the public and local businesses and raise standards in the industry.

There will be a short quiz once you have completed all the ‘Respect the Community’ learning, to test your knowledge.

The pass rate for this course is 70% and you will be able to re-take the quiz if you do not pass first time.

A certificate will be downloadable when the test is successfully completed – the name on the certificate will be taken from the details of your Best Practice Hub user registration. Please ensure that all details are correct by visiting your dashboard.
