Once you have completed all of the learning in the e-learning course and marked this complete, you will be able to access lesson 2 – the test.

You simply click on the correct answer(s) (some questions may need more than one answer) and click on the ‘Next’ button to move to the next question.

There is no time limit to answer the 10 questions.

The Quiz Summary will show you your progress through the test, so every time you select an answer the question number turns green (see below):

If you skip a question this remains white, as does any unanswered questions.

You can click the ‘Review question’ button to highlight a question yellow. This allows you to easily return to a question that you are unsure about or want to review again before you complete the test.

When you get to the last question, click on the ‘Quiz summary’ button and once you are happy with all of your answers click ‘Finish quiz.’

Your results will be calculated and you will be able to review questions, print your certificate or re-start the quiz if you are not successful first time.

The pass rate is 70% and you can re-take the test as many times as you need too.
