100% Face Fit Compliant Achievement
Westleigh’s commitment to raising standards of safety and the well being of our workforce coupled with compliance within safety legislation is our top priority.
Our gold ISO award underlines that commitment, and we have recently become 100% compliant with face fit testing, this in itself is a good achievement but we have gone even further and we also provide and carry out the test free of charge to our subcontract work force, ensuring that everyone on site (over 200 employees) is tested and aware of the importance to control the risks associated with dust on site.
Our procedures on site fall within the requirements of the law, dust extractors and air cubes.
Our level of testing and the issue of the face fit testing register that contains our sub contractors ensures that we know that on our site PPE is fit for purpose and available to everyone, this also ensures everyone has the correct item of protection.
