Mathew, our Site Manager and Malcolm from the Welsh Ambulance Service NHS Trust are proudly presenting the newest defibrillator for the village of Llandybie.

The defibrillator has been purchased from our donation to the Tybie Memorial Fund. The memorial fund was initially set up when Malcolm and his wife lost their son, just over three years ago.

Not long after, their friend’s daughter passed away from the village too (both from heart related issues), so they decided to join forces and try to increase the success of recovery from a ‘cardiac event’ in their village and surrounding areas.

We are delighted to have contributed to increasing the number of defibs in the local area! #DefibsSaveLives
