Safety Sleeves for Turnstiles

At the entrance of the site, we have a turnstile and unfortunately several minor head injuries and one accident have been reported.

We came up with a simple but effective solution: protect the turnstiles in order to protect peoples’ heads.

These foam sleeves on the turnstiles are there to reduce severity of the impact if the turnstiles jam.

As these sleeves couldn’t be found from our turnstile supplier or anywhere else in the UK, we looked on the US market and brought these protections on our site.

The bright orange colour is immediately visible to reduce the risk of a head injury, and also matches the colour of the Bouygues Construction Group branding.
