Barrier Bins

This contractor has implemented waste bins, named as ‘Barrier Bins’ on site.

The bins have been specifically designed for location on the perimeter fence and pedestrian walkways to collect and segregate pedestrian waste to control potential litter and keep the site entrance clean and tidy.

The barrier bin is a multi use initiative and can be used as a single container as waste reduction or (developed for the pandemic) be separated into six individual sections to act as a sanitising station. The insert can be removed when required or used in 2,4,6 configurations.

The material used to manufacture these products are PVC for durability and the fact that this is medical grade plastic so can be cleaned and sanitised.

The plastic is recyclable so if the units are no longer fit for purpose they can be placed in plastic waste rather than general.
