Floor Mounted Fire Exit Poster

On a construction site, safety is of paramount importance. It is vital that in case of emergency, such as a fire, all employees are aware of the safety procedures. Some large sites with multiple floors and staircases have struggled to clearly display fire exit signage because of the need to remove signs when wall surfaces are being worked on.

The examples below show how one site remedied this problem:

  • This project used a new self-adhesive nonslip floor mounted fire exit poster, which can be directly applied to the concrete floor.
  • The poster can be applied as soon as concrete floors are finished and can remain in place until the final stage of construction.
  • These posters are easily applied, can be relocated or added to at any stage and would appear to be very cost-effective.

The site therefore ensured that employees can clearly see where the fire exits are, and the nonslip properties of the poster means it does not pose a safety hazard.
