Increasing Tenant Liaison Attendance

The regular tenant liaison meetings experienced a gradual fall off in attendance.

To revitalise the meetings, the site devised a competition around healthy eating. Healthy diet and exercise information was made available and tenants who attended had their BMI confidentially measured by a professional.

The site will choose two winners from the tenants and the workforce and they will be presented with a Spa Day.

As a result of this initiative, average attendance at the meetings has risen from 2 to 50.
