Animated Video Promoting Women in Construction
Women remain vastly underrepresented in the construction industry. I started as a graduate in Redrow Homes and they have a robust plan in place to encourage and support women.
Redrow decided to make an animation video where I was able to tell my story, stating a message that construction is a great place to work and many people were able to relate, as evidenced by the engagement on our Facebook post.
Videos such as these will not only help encourage women into the construction industry but will assist in uplifting the industry’s image.
