Queen Elizabeth II Bridge Drawing Competition

Connect Plus Services colleagues Cintia Bailey and Moses Ajala launched a drawing competition with the Dartford Bridge Community Primary School. We have asked the children to draw the Queen Elizabeth II Bridge, as part of our corporate social responsibility programme – Adopt A School – and to help us celebrate the bridge’s 25th anniversary.

The school is the closest one to our Dartford depot and pupils can see the bridge from the second floor.

The children’s response was fantastic and it made it really difficult for our judges to choose the three best drawings. Ritika, Noah and Gabriella were the winners and they were very pleased to receive their prizes and certificates. All the drawings are now displayed in our Dartford depot.
