As a medium size company, London Fire Solutions are trying to implement new ways of doing difficult and time consuming things easier. For example we are switching to paperless site inspections and audits, which can be done with the software iAuditor.

Different templates can be created and aligned to different users. For example a Compliance Manager can create a simple Site Inspection questionnaire, which then can be assigned to a Site Supervisor. They can see this scheduled on their phones and once it is completed, they send it back.

If there is something that required attention, the Compliance Manager can then schedule a more detailed site inspection or audit and complete it (again on the phone, using the app), leaving ‘notes’ and ‘actions’ to make sure everything is done and completed on time. Media can also be added during the inspection.

Once completed, the document can be exported in a few different formats and then printed out, if needed. If not, it just sits in the folder, where other users can see it too. Overall a brilliant app, saving time and paper.
