The Healthy Working Lives committee on the University of Glasgow campus development have come together to create a virtual ‘walk around the office’, where there is a race for a number of teams to make their way around all the Multiplex offices in the world.

This will be an ongoing challenge, projected to take 10 months, where teams will track their steps monthly and their progress will be logged on a communal map in our site office.

As well as being a great social and team bonding activity, this initiative has been excellent in motivating our workforce to get active and lead a healthier lifestyle.

In the first two months alone we have improved our step count by over 1200 miles!
