Eliminating Everyday Sexism

Lendlease is passionate about encouraging a diverse workforce into construction.

At Potato Wharf we embrace diversity in the workforce and as part of this we delivered an everyday sexism presentation to the workforce.

This went down very well and encouraged conversations within the workforce about what is acceptable conduct and the impact of our actions.

This formed part of a 3 month campaign on site, also including stand downs on racism, religion and mental health.
