Diabetes Safety Organisation Charter

This contractor has signed up for the Diabetes Safety Organisation Charter, this enables them to share the charter with their supply partners at a reduced rate.

It also provides relevant courses for different types of roles on the project, to continue raising awareness with effective communication throughout the business and to aid understanding.

They have an occupational nurse who carries out blood sugar testing which has already highlighted undiagnosed diabetics, this has undoubtably saved lives.

They also encourage those with an existing diagnosis to inform them and many already have.

They have also recently installed hypo boxes at their offices to ensure that they are ready in case of an emergency allowing them to help immediately.
