Calendar Created in Collaboration with Action for Happiness
In collaboration with Action for Happiness a New Year calendar was implemented on site which shows a different suggestion for every day of the week in successive months.
This calendar is communicated throughout the business via e-mail on the last working day of every month so that it is displayed on the first day of the month within canteens and offices throughout all Telford homes sites.
The calendar has produced ideas from all members of staff throughout the business and on 13th of December the Balfron Tower team took the decision to raise money from the site staff and subcontractors in line with the challenge to buy some extra items of shopping and donate them to local food bank raising over £100 and then delivering them to the salvation army.
