To aid some of the businesses impacted by the project they have created diversion videos that they have been able to put on their websites and social media platforms to help customers trying to find them.
This is one of the first times they have used informative videos rather than diversion maps. Customers are able to view the video and see the route before they travel which takes away any stress of trying to follow diversion signage which some people find difficult.
They have received great feedback from the businesses thanking them for the videos and they have explained that some of their customers found the videos very helpful.
