GambleAware – Accessing Support

You’re not alone. Find the right support for you through the National Gambling Support Network.

Whether you’re taking the first step or looking to stay gamble-free, there’s support available. The National Gambling Support Network (NGSN) is a network of organisations across England, Scotland and Wales. They provide free treatment, advice and support on a range of gambling-related issues.

Support is available for anyone experiencing gambling harms, as well as for family and friends affected by someone else’s gambling.

There are lots of support options available through the NGSN. Trained staff will work with you to find the one that’s right for you, and you will not be judged or made to feel bad about your experiences. Many providers run services specifically for women.

Some types of support available through the NGSN include: therapy and counselling, peer support and residential centres.
