Human Vue Detection System

This contractor has implemented the use of the Human Vue detection system on their telehandler which utilises 360 degree vision cameras around the telehandler with proximity alerts set to detect human form within operating zones of the operating telehandler.

On detection this sounds a proximity alert alarm to the pedestrian identified externally and also alerts the machine operator of human detection within the proximity zone and immobilises the telehandler to prevent further operation until the proximity alert is cleared.
