Improving Air Quality with an Air Scrubber

As part of the dust management strategy by the Como team undertaking a Cat B fit-out of a central London commercial office space, an air scrubber was used to remove dust and unwelcome particulate matter on site.

The air scrubber is positioned in the middle of an enclosed area without any ducting attached. The air is then drawn through its Hepa filters before being recirculated within the enclosed area.

The unit can filter the air seven times in an hour within a 6m x 6m enclosed area.

As a result, there was a visibly noticeable reduction in dust levels on site, which was greatly welcomed by operatives working on site, and in the temporary site office.
