Motivational Quote for Employees

To boost conversation around the subject of mental health, we are organising our own Mental Health Week. One of the biggest problems within the construction industry is that mental health is simply not talked about. We want our employees to be able to turn to us if they are struggling with anything, as we want to be able to offer them the support they need. Work is a major part of their lives – is where they spend most of their day. Having a fulfilling job is good for your mental health and general wellbeing.

We want our workers to be happy at work. Sometimes employee morale is down. Sometimes employee productivity is low. We want our employees to start off the day on a positive note. A few simple, encouraging words can have a dynamic impact on employee performance. A little bit of perspective can go a long way, and a positive, motivational quote can be just the thing to bring it. The purpose of the quote is to put the employee in a success-driven and positive mind set for the rest of the day.

When things get tough, a simple little thing such a positive quote can give you that little bit of inspiration you need.

We have implemented the Quote of the Week on our Paddington Garden Site, and we have got great feedback from employees regarding it. Going forward we want to carry this out on all our sites. Every Monday we put the quote in different languages to cater for all nationalities of our employees on site.
