Psychologist Group Sessions

At Ballymore’s Goodluck Hope project, a psychologist has been employed to design and deliver a bespoke programme which is specifically aimed at the workforce. Whilst confidential 1 to 1 sessions are offered, the main focus is a five week programme of interactive randomly-selected group sessions.

The sessions are run like workshops, they are guided by the presenter but the group leads the discussion. They involve group discussion and a mix of individual and group tasks including role play.

The initiative creates a win-win situation. The subcontractors benefit greatly as they leave feeling empowered and valued with the knowledge that they are the driving force of our project. Whilst Ballymore are able to create a positive work culture and in turn a more efficient workforce.
