Public Engagement Podium

This contractor utilised a more flexible and mobile method for spreading awareness of up and coming disruptions from their scheme.

Traditionally a Van was used which restricted when and where their events could go. By utilising a podium it meant that they could locate the stand in more flexible locations, it is cheaper, there are not booking clashes and brings a higher footfall with it being more approachable. It was 75% more effective that a similar event utilising the van.

This method will enable messages to be shared more widely, with greater engagement, leading to a more effective transmission of key messages to members of the public.
